A celebrated character actor with a commanding on-screen presence\, Tolkan also appeared in iconic films including Serpico (1973)\, Love and Death (1975)\, Prince of the City (1981)\, Top Gun (1986)\, Masters of the Universe (1987)\, Dick Tracy (1990)\, and Problem Child 2 (1991). \nBefore his Hollywood career\, Tolkan attended Eastern Arizona College on a football scholarship before leaving school to join the United States Navy during the Korean War. He proudly served aboard the USS Sandoval\, adding his name to the long list of entertainers who first answered the call to serve their country. \nA talented actor\, patriot\, and proud veteran whose legacy will continue to entertain generations to come. – Died: March 26\, 2026 at the age of 94.
